Job summary

Kuku is seeking an AI Show Runner to conceptualize and deliver binge-worthy short-form vertical content using AI production tools. You will oversee the entire production pipeline from idea to final upload, ensuring stories are emotionally gripping, fast-paced, and optimized for mobile viewing.

You will review scripts, provide feedback to writers, develop high-concept AI microdrama ideas, and manage multiple projects on tight timelines while maintaining tone and quality across formats.

• Work closely with AI directors, writers, editors, and prompt teams.
• Ensure content is optimised for vertical viewing. (framing, pacing, subtitles, sound cues)
• Monitor audience performance metrics. (retention, completion rate, engagement)
• Iterate content strategy based on data and user behaviour.
• Manage multiple projects under tight production timelines.
• Maintain consistency in tone, quality, and storytelling style.

About The Role
