Job summary

Accunite Solutions is seeking an AI-Native Tech Executive / AI Generalist who genuinely lives and breathes AI. This is not a traditional IT role; your first instinct is to ask how AI can improve or automate tasks, and you regularly experiment with new AI tools and agents.

You will explore, test and integrate AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude, build automated workflows, prototype ideas quickly, and push AI-driven approaches across technical and non-technical work.

We are looking for an AI-Native Tech Executive / AI Generalist who genuinely lives and breathes AI.

This is NOT a traditional IT or software development role. We want someone whose first instinct when faced with a problem is: Can AI do this better, faster, or automatically?

You should be the kind of person who experiments with new AI tools, agents and models simply because you are curious about what they can do.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Constantly discover, test and evaluate the latest AI tools, models, agents and technologies.
• Use ChatGPT, Claude and other AI platforms extensively for real-world work.
• Build workflows and automations using AI Agents and AI automation tools.
• Use AI for programming, vibe coding, research, content, social media, data analysis and everyday operations.
• Find repetitive/manual processes within the company and figure out how AI can automate them.
• Prototype ideas quickly instead of spending weeks planning them.
• Experiment with APIs, AI coding tools, no-code/low-code platforms and new AI products.
• Find creative ways of using AI to achieve significantly higher productivity across both technical and non-technical work.
• Stay obsessed with what's happening in AI and proactively bring new ideas to the team.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

We care much more about what you can do with AI than your degree or years of experience.

You could be a developer, tech generalist, automation enthusiast, creator, hacker, power user or even a fresher.

You should:

• Be genuinely passionate and curious about AI.
• Be highly comfortable with ChatGPT, Claude and the broader Generative AI ecosystem.
• Have experimented with AI Agents, automation, prompt engineering or AI-assisted coding.
• Be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software extremely quickly.
• Have a strong problem-solving and experimentation mindset.
• Prefer AI-first execution rather than doing repetitive work manually.
• Be someone who builds and experiments instead of only watching AI tutorials.

Freshers are welcome. Experience is a plus, but AI obsession, experimentation and execution ability matter much more.
