Job Title: AI Native Engineer

We are looking for an AI Native Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent, scalable, and production‑ready applications by combining modern web development with Generative AI systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications with AI capabilities
• Build and integrate AI‑powered features such as chatbots, automation systems, and intelligent workflows
• Develop backend services and APIs for scalable AI applications
• Work on LLM‑based systems including RAG pipelines and agentic workflows
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability

Frontend Development

• HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• React.js for building dynamic user interfaces

Backend Development

• Node.js or Python
• Experience with frameworks like FastAPI / Flask / Django

AI / ML Skills

• Strong understanding of Generative AI (GenAI)
• Experience with Agentic AI concepts and implementation
• Hands‑on with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) pipelines
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and prompt engineering

Database
