Job Summary

The AI Application Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered solutions for enterprise and truck-related applications. The role focuses on building AI models, integrating Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks, developing scalable applications, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI models and algorithms for applications such as predictive maintenance, routing optimization, and intelligent systems.
• Integrate AI solutions into existing platforms and systems ensuring compatibility and scalability.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Perform testing and validation of AI models for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
• Research and adopt emerging AI and machine learning technologies.
• Document technical solutions and present outcomes to stakeholders.
• Provide support and troubleshoot AI-related production issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain development quality standards.
• Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning practices.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in AI development.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and deep learning frameworks.
• Expertise in Python and modern development practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Experience with FastAPI development.
• Knowledge of orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, Microsoft Agent Framework, and MCP.
• Experience with React and Next.js for frontend development.
• Strong expertise in RESTful APIs and web services.
• Advanced SQL knowledge and database optimization experience.
• Experience with DevOps tools including GitHub, GitLab, Git Actions, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of software design patterns (Builder, Factory, etc.).
• Experience with cloud deployment and infrastructure management.
• Experience working in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of workflow automation using N8N.
• Familiarity with monitoring and log analysis tools.
