Job summary

Burns & McDonnell in India Bengaluru is seeking an AI Engineer with full-stack experience to build scalable Generative AI applications across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud.

You will develop frontend in React/Angular/Svelte, backend in Python/FastAPI, design AI agents, and deploy on GCP with Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS, Cloud SQL. 5–8 years experience preferred.

Qualifications

• End-to-end full-stack AI development across UI, backend, AI agents, and cloud.
• 5–8 years of experience in IT/AI engineering.
• B.Tech/B.E / BCA / BSC degrees as listed.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive frontend applications using React/Angular/Svelte.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs with Python and FastAPI.
• Design AI agents and multi-agent workflows with LangChain/LangGraph.
• Build RAG solutions with embeddings, vector search, and reranking.
• Work with vector databases like Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate.
• Integrate Gemini/Vertex AI and enterprise APIs into apps.
• Build document ingestion and knowledge-processing pipelines.
• Deploy scalable apps on GCP: Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS, Cloud SQL, Secret Manager.
• Implement secure auth using OAuth 2.0, JWT, OIDC, IAM.
• Build asynchronous services and optimize for performance and cost.
• Implement testing, monitoring, logging, CI/CD, production support.

We are looking for an AI Engineer with Full-Stack experience to build scalable, production-ready Generative AI and Agentic AI applications across frontend, backend, AI, and cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop responsive frontend applications using React / Angular / Svelte.
• Build scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python and FastAPI.
• Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Google ADK, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Build RAG solutions using embeddings, vector search, metadata filtering, and reranking.
• Work with Vector Databases such as Vertex AI Vector Search, pgvector, Pinecone, Qdrant, or Weaviate.
• Integrate Gemini / Vertex AI and enterprise APIs into applications.
• Build document ingestion and knowledge-processing pipelines.
• Deploy scalable applications on GCP, including Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, GCS, Cloud SQL, and Secret Manager.
