Thryve Digital Health LLP is seeking an experienced AI/ML Solution Architect to lead design, architecture, and delivery of enterprise AI in Healthcare IT. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and cloud teams to build scalable, secure AI platforms that meet regulatory requirements.

The role requires 12+ years in software/architecture with strong knowledge of AI/ML, cloud services, and healthcare standards.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Software Development, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise AI solutions in Healthcare IT.
• Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, interoperability, and healthcare data standards.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala; experience with ML frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture from concept through production deployment.
• Define and drive the enterprise AI/ML architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable AI platforms covering data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.
• Present architecture recommendations and strategies to executives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI solution architecture from concept through production deployment.
• Define and drive the enterprise AI/ML architecture roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Design scalable AI platforms covering data ingestion, model development, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
• Partner with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, Software Engineers, and Cloud teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI applications.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs) and evaluate emerging AI technologies.
• Establish best practices for AI architecture, scalability, security, governance, and MLOps.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with Healthcare regulations including HIPAA.
• Recommend and implement AI services on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AWS, or Azure, with preference for GCP.
• Mentor engineering teams and provide technical leadership across AI initiatives.
• Present architecture recommendations, project updates, and technical strategies to executive stakeholders.

Required Skills Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Software Development, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Architecture.
• Strong expertise in AI/ML concepts including Supervised Learning, Unsupervised Learning, Reinforcement Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Hands-on experience designing enterprise AI solutions in Healthcare IT.
• Strong experience with Google Cloud Platform (preferred), AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, or similar ML frameworks.
• Expertise in MLOps, model deployment, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation.
• Strong knowledge of Healthcare IT standards, HIPAA, interoperability, and compliance.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional technical teams and enterprise AI programs.
