Qualifications

• Strong Python programming skills mandatory.
• Strong ML fundamentals and experience with Scikit-learn / PyTorch / TensorFlow.
• Hands-on experience in MLOps, CI/CD, Docker and Git.
• Strong SQL knowledge with MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with fraud/risk models and imbalanced datasets.
• Strong system-design and production deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and manage the AI/ML engineering team.
