Job summary

The Kiran Academy is seeking an experienced AI automation engineer to design and build AI-driven automation workflows using n8n and related tools in Pune. You will help integrate AI APIs and automate development tasks across teams, while ensuring SDLC alignment and robust performance.

Ideal candidates bring strong n8n experience, familiarity with AI/ML fundamentals, and the ability to create reliable automation pipelines, dashboards, and bots for internal use.

Qualifications

• BE/ BTech or MCA/ MSc in CS/AI/DS required.
• Proven experience with n8n and AI automation.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and Webhooks is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI automation workflows using n8n or similar platforms.
• Build AI-driven pipelines to automate development tasks.
• Integrate AI tools into the software development lifecycle.
• Create intelligent bots or agents to support development, HR, marketing, or operations teams.
• Research and experiment with AI tools to improve development speed and code quality.
• Assist in developing AI-powered dashboards or internal automation systems.
• Monitor, debug, and optimize automation workflows for performance and reliability.

Job description

• Experience with n8n (mandatory or strong advantage)
• Familiarity with AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.)
• API integration knowledge (REST APIs, Webhooks)
• Understanding of Git and CI/CD basics
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code automation tools is a plus
• Understanding of AI/ML fundamentals
• Knowledge of LLMs (Large Language Models) and AI APIs
• Strong problem-solving and automation mindset
• Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
