Job summary

TuTeck Technologies is seeking an AI/ML Engineer (LLMs & Generative AI) in Kolkata to design, deploy, and optimise AI-powered applications with a strong software engineering foundation. The candidate will work on LLMs, RAG pipelines, AI agents, vector databases, and production‑level ML workflows.

Required 2–6 years of relevant experience, Python proficiency, and hands‑on experience with PyTorch/TensorFlow, LLMs, and MLOps. Cloud familiarity and CI/CD exposure are a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years in AI/ML or related software development roles.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands‑on experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
• Practical experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Strong understanding of Prompt Engineering techniques.
• Experience building Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) applications.
• Experience developing AI Agents using modern AI frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with Vector Databases (e.g., Pinecone, Chroma, FAISS, Weaviate, Milvus).
• Knowledge of Model Evaluation methodologies and performance optimization.
• Good understanding of MLOps fundamentals including deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid software engineering basics: data structures, algorithms, API development.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer with hands‑on experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning. The ideal candidate should possess strong software engineering skills and practical experience in developing, deploying, and optimizing AI-powered applications using modern ML frameworks and GenAI technologies.
