Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and integrate intelligent AI solutions across our platform. The ideal candidate will work on cutting-edge AI initiatives, including model experimentation, fine-tuning, intelligent agent development, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI capabilities, integrate them into production systems, and ensure seamless interaction within orchestration and application layers.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML, NLP, or product development.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Pandas, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Google ADK, or Haystack.
• Strong understanding of:
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Embeddings
• Vector databases
• Semantic search
• Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as:
• Google Vertex AI (Preferred)

• Experience in data preprocessing, data pipelines, and deploying production-grade AI/ML models.
