Primary Responsibilities

• Builder Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code, low-code, and advanced platforms, translating business needs into scalable applications that enhance products, workflows, and decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience leading end-to-end Machine Learning (ML) and Deep Learning (DL) initiatives, from problem definition to production deployment
• Practical experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) for text processing and conversational AI solutions
• Hands‑on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures and AI agent-based systems
• Solid understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and robust model evaluation techniques
• Solid proficiency in Python, with hands‑on experience in libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
• Proven ability to design, build, tune, and deploy scalable ML models in production environments
• Proven solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross‑functional teams

Preferred Qualification

• Experience working with major cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
