AI / ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Computer Vision, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning to develop, evaluate, and optimize AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Computer Vision and Machine Learning solutions for real‑world business problems.
• Work with Large Language Models (LLMs), classifiers, and AI/ML frameworks to build intelligent applications.
• Develop, test, and optimize Python-based AI/ML code.
• Perform code debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to improve model performance and reliability.
• Evaluate models using multiple datasets and benchmark outputs against defined success criteria.
• Compare results across different models, algorithms, and configurations to identify the best-performing solutions.
• Conduct extensive data analysis, number crunching, and statistical evaluations to validate model accuracy and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product teams, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and maintain testing frameworks for model validation and performance monitoring.
• Analyze model failures and implement improvements to increase accuracy, precision, recall, and overall performance.
• Document experiments, findings, and recommendations to support knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Stay updated with emerging trends in Computer Vision, Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning technologies.

Requirements

• Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in Python programming.
  • Hands‑on experience with Computer Vision technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI applications.
  • Knowledge of Machine Learning algorithms, classifiers, and model evaluation techniques.
  • Experience with data analysis, statistical methods, and performance benchmarking.
  • Strong debugging and problem‑solving capabilities.
