Job Summary

We are seeking an AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI, Machine Learning, MLOps, forecasting, and production-grade AI application development. The candidate will design, deploy, monitor, and optimize scalable AI and ML systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy production-grade AI and machine learning solutions.
• Build LLM applications using LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, tool calling, and agentic workflows.
• Design multi-step workflows involving planning, retrieval, memory, validation, guardrails, and human approval.
• Develop models for classification, regression, predictive analytics, and forecasting.
• Manage the complete ML lifecycle from data preparation to deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Build AI APIs, microservices, and model-serving applications.
• Implement CI/CD, model versioning, experiment tracking, and model monitoring.
• Evaluate LLM and RAG applications for accuracy, relevance, cost, latency, safety, and hallucination.
• Monitor model performance, data drift, reliability, and production issues.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data, and business teams.

Mandatory Skills

• 3–5 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Hands-on production experience developing and deploying AI/ML applications.
• Strong experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong understanding of RAG, LLM orchestration, agentic AI, and tool/function calling.
• Experience with prompt design, embeddings, document chunking, indexing, retrieval, and reranking.
• Experience with vector databases and semantic search.
• Experience evaluating LLM outputs and implementing validation, guardrails, observability, and hallucination-reduction techniques.
• Strong knowledge of ML model development, training, validation, evaluation, and hyperparameter optimization.
• Experience with classification, regression, predictive analytics, and time-series modelling.
• Experience delivering at least one forecasting or predictive analytics solution.
• Experience with FastAPI or Flask for REST APIs and microservices.
• Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and cloud deployment.
• Understanding of CI/CD, model serving, experiment tracking, model versioning, and monitoring.

Good to Have

• Experience with MLflow, Kubeflow, Databricks, Azure ML, or AWS SageMaker.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Git, automated testing, observability, and logging tools.
• Experience optimizing AI applications for cost, latency, throughput, and reliability.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop approval workflows.
• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
