Job summary

Mesh Works Inc. in Pune seeks an AI/ML Engineer with 2–5 years of startup or SaaS experience to design and deliver advanced AI capabilities.

You will build multi-agent AI systems, implement RAG with LLMs and vector stores, deploy on Azure, fine-tune models, and contribute to production ML pipelines with MLOps.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering (startup or SaaS experience is a plus)
• Deep Expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs) and NLP
• Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
• Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS)
• Python and AI libraries (Hugging Face, LangChain)
• Azure & OpenAI API Integration
• Multi-agent systems & AI orchestration
• MLOps tools (MLFlow, Kubeflow, Airflow)
• Proven ability to work with both structured & unstructured data
• Experience with cloud-based AI deployment
