Job summary

Emids Technologies is seeking a Senior AI/.NET Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions using C#/.NET, Generative AI, and Azure OpenAI services. You will build scalable microservices, integrate LLMs with enterprise data, and implement vector databases for semantic search.

The role emphasizes MLOps, secure AI practices, and collaboration with product and engineering teams to deliver production-ready GenAI solutions on Azure cloud.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AI-enabled enterprise applications using C#/ .NET Core and microservices.
• Build Generative AI solutions using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Services.
• Develop RAG-based apps integrating LLMs with enterprise knowledge bases.
• Create AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and prompt engineering.
• Implement vector databases for semantic search and retrieval.
• Develop APIs and AI services using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Integrate AI with Azure AI Services and Azure AI Search.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to identify AI use cases.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/.NET Engineer with expertise in C#/.NET, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Azure OpenAI, and Python. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging modern cloud-native architectures and GenAI frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable applications using C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, and Microservices Architecture.
• Build and implement Generative AI solutions using OpenAI/Azure OpenAI Services.
• Develop RAG-based applications integrating LLMs with enterprise knowledge repositories.
• Build AI workflows using LangChain, LlamaIndex, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks.
• Implement and manage Vector Databases for semantic search and knowledge retrieval.
• Develop APIs and AI services using Python, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Integrate AI solutions with Azure AI Services and Azure AI Search.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to identify AI use cases and deliver production-ready solutions.
• Ensure AI model governance, monitoring, performance optimization, and responsible AI practices.
• Drive best practices for MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, automation, and deployment strategies.
• Implement AI security controls including data privacy, model security, prompt injection protection, and compliance requirements.

Primary Skills (Must Have)

• Strong experience in C#/.NET Core, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG Architecture
• Experience with OpenAI / Azure OpenAI Services
• Expertise in LangChain and/or LlamaIndex
• Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Azure AI Search, ChromaDB, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS)
• Strong programming experience in Python
• Experience designing AI solutions for enterprise applications
