Job summary

Artha Solutions is seeking an experienced ML Engineer to design and deploy production-grade machine learning models and generative AI applications for enterprise use cases. • Build RAG pipelines using LangChain, LlamaIndex, and vector databases
• Implement and fine-tune LLMs for domain-specific enterprise applications
• Collaborate with data engineers to build reliable feature pipelines
• Conduct model performance monitoring and continuous improvement
• Document AI solutions and present results to client stakeholders

Requirements & Qualifications

• 3+ years of ML engineering or applied AI experience
• Proficiency in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and scikit-learn
• Experience with OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source LLM APIs
• Hands-on knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Understanding of MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
• Master degree in Computer Science, AI, or related field preferred
