What We Need?

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, NLP ; familiarity with frameworks like scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow .
• Experience with Python and data manipulation libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy).
• Good understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent patterns ; experience with LangChain or LangGraph is a must.
• Curiosity about data storytelling, business intelligence, and how AI can make insights more accessible and actionable.
• Self-starter with a problem-solving mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
• Bonus: Exposure to BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Looker, Tableau) or cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).

What You’ll Do?

• Collaborate with our AI/ML and product teams to develop and refine AI agents that generate automated insights, detect anomalies, and translate complex data into natural language narratives.
• Work on natural language processing (NLP) pipelines to enable intuitive, conversational querying over business data.
• Experiment with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to ground LLM responses in real enterprise data, enhancing trust and actionability.
• Evaluate model performance, iterate on feedback, and contribute to improving the accuracy and relevance of AI-generated insights.
• Integrate AI-driven features with BI tools and data platforms, ensuring seamless, real-time storytelling from dashboards to stakeholders.
• Document experiments, results, and system designs in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• This is a hands-on role where your work will directly impact core product features and the way users interact with data.
