Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and AI-driven solutions that solve real-world problems and add value to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms for classification, regression, clustering, NLP, Gen AI or computer vision tasks.
• Work with large datasets, perform data preprocessing, cleaning, feature engineering and data visualization.
• Evaluate and select appropriate AI and ML algorithms for specific tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and analyse business requirements and translate them into AI solutions.
• Collaborate with Stake holders, software engineers, and product managers to integrate ML models into production systems.
• Continuously monitor and improve the performance of AI/ML solutions.
• Research and stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI/ML.
• Write efficient, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 0 to 3+ years of relevant experience in the AI/ML development
• Strong programmatic skills in Python stack and AI/ML frameworks.
• Experience with data manipulation tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
• Expertise in supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning algorithms.
