Job summary

Objectways in Bengaluru seeks an experienced AI/ML Engineer to design, develop and deploy scalable AI solutions. The role requires 5+ years hands-on experience with Python, ML, DL, and production-grade model deployment.

You will build end-to-end ML pipelines, integrate models via APIs, and collaborate with data and software teams to ensure reliable cloud-based deployments using MLOps practices.

Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP, strong communication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in AI/ML, ML engineering or related field.
• Strong programming in Python.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics and data science concepts.
• Hands-on with Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch or similar.
• Strong experience with Pandas and NumPy.
• Experience with SQL and large datasets.
• Ability to develop and deploy REST APIs.
• Experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Knowledge of Git, Docker, CI/CD and MLOps.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy ML/AI models for business applications.
• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines including preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation and deployment.
• Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and data-driven solutions.
• Optimize model performance, scalability and accuracy.
• Integrate ML models into applications via APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, PMs and stakeholders.
• Monitor production models and implement continuous improvements.
• Build scalable ML solutions on cloud infrastructure.

• Maintain documentation for models, pipelines, experiments, and deployment processes.

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer with 5+ years of hands‑on experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable AI and machine learning solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, machine learning, deep learning, and production‑grade model deployment, along with experience working with cloud platforms and modern AI technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning and AI models for business applications.
• Develop end‑to‑end ML pipelines, including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify patterns and develop data‑driven solutions.
• Optimize model performance, scalability, and accuracy.

• Work closely with Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, and other stakeholders to deliver AI/ML solutions.
• Monitor model performance in production and implement continuous improvements.

• Implement best practices for MLOps, model versioning, CI/CD, and model monitoring.
• Research and evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities for their practical application.

Required Skills:

• 5+ years of hands‑on experience in AI/ML, Machine Learning Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, statistics, and data science concepts.
• Hands‑on experience with Scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
• Strong experience with Pandas, NumPy, and other data processing libraries.
• Experience with SQL and working with large datasets.
• Strong understanding of model development, evaluation, optimization, and deployment.
• Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one cloud platform — AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Good understanding of Git, Docker, CI/CD, and software development best practices.

Good to Have:

• Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or similar frameworks.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, or Milvus.
• Experience with MLOps tools and practices, including model monitoring and automated ML pipelines.
• Knowledge of Kubernetes and cloud‑native architectures.
• Experience in NLP, Computer Vision, Deep Learning, or other AI domains.
• Experience working with Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
