We are looking for an enthusiastic AI/ML Engineer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in developing and deploying machine learning models. The candidate should be able to work on data preprocessing, model building, training, and performance optimization, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world business problems.

Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis (EDA).

Work with supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques.

Optimize model performance and scalability.

Collaborate with data engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to integrate ML solutions into applications.

Stay updated with emerging AI/ML tools, frameworks, and best practices.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.

2–4 years of proven experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.

Strong proficiency in Python and libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras.

Experience with NLP, computer vision, or predictive analytics will be a plus.

Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development practices.

Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is preferred.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
