Job summary

Deservely Technologies in India is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 4–8 years of hands-on experience to design, develop, and deploy scalable ML solutions across industries.

The role requires Python, TensorFlow or PyTorch, NLP and computer vision knowledge, plus experience with cloud providers, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD for MLOps. You will collaborate with data scientists and engineers to deliver production-grade models and robust data pipelines.

Qualifications

Job Description – AI/ML Engineer

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract / Contract-to-Hire

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data processing to build scalable, production-ready AI applications.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and model development, training, evaluation, and optimization. Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, feature engineering, and model performance tuning is essential. Experience working with SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data technologies such as Apache Spark is preferred.

Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, MLflow, FastAPI, and CI/CD pipelines for MLOps is highly desirable. Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and LangChain will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance AI/ML solutions that drive business value and innovation.
