Job summary

Deservely Technologies is seeking an AI/ML Engineer with 4–8 years of hands‑on experience to design, develop and deploy advanced ML solutions. You will work with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, scikit‑learn, Pandas and NumPy to build scalable AI applications, covering NLP, computer vision and predictive analytics.

You will implement data processing, model training, evaluation, and optimization, and contribute to MLOps practices using Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in AI/ML roles.
• Strong Python, ML and DL background with data processing.
• Hands-on with TensorFlow/PyTorch and scikit-learn.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics, feature engineering, model tuning.

Job Description – AI/ML Engineer

Experience: 4–8 Years

Location: Indore/Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time / Contract / Contract-to-Hire

We are looking for a talented AI/ML Engineer with 4–8 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning and artificial intelligence solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Python, machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data processing to build scalable, production-ready AI applications.

The candidate should have hands‑on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas, NumPy, and model development, training, evaluation, and optimization. Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, predictive analytics, feature engineering, and model performance tuning is essential. Experience working with SQL, NoSQL databases, and big data technologies such as Apache Spark is preferred.

Hands‑on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, MLflow, FastAPI, and CI/CD pipelines for MLOps is highly desirable. Familiarity with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG, vector databases, and LangChain will be an added advantage.

The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and develop secure, scalable, and high-performance AI/ML solutions that drive business value and innovation.
