Job summary

WPP Enterprise Solutions in Bengaluru is seeking an AI/ML Engineer to design and implement cutting-edge GenAI-driven growth solutions. You will collaborate with architects, engagement managers and product teams to translate requirements into scalable AI-first applications.

Join a hybrid role with 4+ years of hands-on experience, and contribute to end-to-end development—from prototyping to deployment—integrating Firefly APIs, CMS architectures, and performance marketing tools.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Experience with GenAI and AI-powered marketing platforms.
• Hybrid work model in Bengaluru/Bangluru.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements and use cases for GenAI solutions.
• Prototype rapidly and iterate on feedback; UX/UI/design experience is a plus.
• Engineer end-to-end: design, build, and deploy full-stack apps and microservices; integrate Firefly APIs and CMS architectures.
• Bridge to Product: funnel field-proven use cases back to Product & Engineering to inform the Firefly roadmap.
• Automate and scale AI solutions across marketing workflows.

• Collaborate & Innovate:Partner with Technical Architects, Engagement Managers and Product teams to define customer requirements/use cases, facilitate technical workshops, and co-create specific GenAI solutions.
• Prototype Rapidly:Apply an AI-first experimentation mindset- build proof points in days, iterate on feedback, and drive quick wins. UX/UI and rapid prototyping skills are a plus.
• Engineer End-to-End:Design, build, and deploy full-stack applications and microservices- integrating Firefly APIs, Common Extensibility Platform, GenStudio for Performance Marketing, headless CMS architectures and UX/UI Designs.
