Qualifications

• 4+ years in AI, Digital Transformation, Data Science, IT, or Automation.
• Minimum 2 years leading AI implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in enterprise AI implementation is preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the organization's AI strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead AI and automation projects from planning to deployment.
• Implement Generative AI solutions for documentation, recruitment, sales, customer communication, and knowledge management.
• Automate business processes using AI and workflow automation platforms.
• Develop AI dashboards, reports, and KPI monitoring systems.
• Create AI governance policies and ensure compliance with data security standards.
• Conduct AI awareness programs and employee training.
• Evaluate AI technologies, vendors, and implementation partners.
• Monitor AI performance, adoption, and return on investment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital transformation initiatives.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and innovative AI Manager to lead the adoption, implementation, and governance of Artificial Intelligence (AI) across the organization. The role involves identifying business opportunities where AI can improve efficiency, reduce costs, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance decision-making. The ideal candidate will collaborate with departments including HR, Sales, Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Finance, and Design to implement AI-driven solutions while ensuring data security, compliance, and measurable business outcomes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
• Master's degree or MBA preferred.
• AI-related certifications are an added advantage.
• 4+ years of experience in AI, Digital Transformation, Data Science, IT, or Automation.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading AI implementation or digital transformation initiatives.
• Experience in enterprise AI implementation is preferred.
• Manufacturing industry experience is an advantage.
