AI Lead L1

Role Purpose: develop MVP & comprehensive AI solutions that exceed client expectations and add business value.

Do

• Manage product/solution development using AI techniques: lead custom solutions, review use cases, create product strategy, design AI models, ensure security features, track industry trends, perform root cause analysis.
• Develop and maintain client relationships with key partners: drive product discussions, gather insights, interact with delivery/business teams, respond to RFPs, demo products, design presentations.
• Team Management: Resourcing (forecast talent, hire), Talent Management (onboard, train, build pool, manage attrition, diversity), Performance Management (set goals, reviews), Employee Satisfaction (engage initiatives, track scores).

Deliver

No. of automation, on‑time delivery, cost of delivery, optimal resource allocation; capability building metrics such as training, attrition, webinars.
