Job summary

Impressico Business Solutions in India seeks an experienced AI Architect to design and implement AI/GenAI solutions aligned with client requirements. You will work directly with clients to translate business challenges into technical roadmaps and lead solution discussions and POCs.

You will define architectures, guide engineering teams through the lifecycle, review models and deployments, and ensure end-to-end delivery with Data, Cloud, and Software teams.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years overall experience with at least 4 years in AI/ML, data science, GenAI, LLMs, and NLP.
• Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI, LLM apps, prompt engineering, and knowledge graphs.
• Experience with LangChain, Agentic AI frameworks, and orchestration tools.
• Proficiency in Python, Hugging Face, model fine-tuning, evaluation, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience in AI solution architecture, POCs, deployment, monitoring, and productionization.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions and define success metrics.
• Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and guiding AI teams.
