Job summary

Ddai Tech Llp is seeking an experienced AI Lead/AI Architect to design and deploy enterprise AI solutions, with strong emphasis on Generative AI, LLMs, and end-to-end deployment in modern cloud environments.

The role requires leading technical teams, shaping scalable AI architectures, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver AI-powered SaaS, automation, and analytics applications across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of IT experience with hands-on AI/ML experience.
• Proven track record delivering production AI solutions.

• Bangalore preferred; Coimbatore also considered.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect end-to-end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy ML/DL, NLP, and LLM-based applications.
• Build RAG solutions using LangChain and vector databases.
• Lead AI solution development from data collection through production deployment.
• Design scalable AI/ML pipelines and integrate models into enterprise apps.

We are looking for an experienced AI Lead / AI Architect with strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).

The ideal candidate should have proven experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise‑grade AI solutions, building scalable AI architectures, and leading technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and architect end‑to‑end AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Develop and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM‑based applications.
• Build Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using LangChain and vector databases.
• Lead AI solution development from data collection and model training through validation and production deployment.
• Design scalable AI/ML pipelines and integrate models into enterprise applications.
• Develop AI‑powered SaaS applications, intelligent automation, and predictive analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI solutions.
• Mentor AI engineers and data scientists, providing technical guidance and architectural direction.
• Work with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP for AI model deployment.
• Ensure AI solution performance, reliability, scalability, and security.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands‑on experience in Python and Machine Learning.
• Deep Learning, NLP, and Statistical Modeling.
• Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, and Prompt Engineering.
• LangChain or similar LLM orchestration frameworks.
• AI/ML solution architecture and end‑to‑end deployment.
• Cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP.
• Data processing using SQL, PySpark, or related technologies.
• Experience leading AI/ML development teams.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• MLOps, model monitoring, CI/CD, and Docker/Kubernetes.

• Experience with forecasting, predictive analytics, and data visualization.
• Research background or published AI/ML work.
• Power BI, Tableau, Hadoop, and distributed data processing.

Candidate Preference

• 8-12 years of overall IT experience with significant hands‑on AI/ML experience.
• Previous experience as AI Lead, AI Architect, GenAI Architect, Principal AI Engineer, or ML Lead.
• Candidates who have independently designed and delivered production AI solutions.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available by 10 November 2026.
• Bangalore candidates preferred; Coimbatore candidates also considered.
