Job summary

PeopleStrong is seeking an AI Transformation Specialist to drive the infusion of AI into core business processes. You will identify opportunities, design and implement AI-enabled workflows, and showcase success stories to strengthen our AI-first stance and cloud leadership.

You will collaborate with multiple business units, define roadmaps, and work with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI pilots in enterprise environments. Strong communication and cloud/MLOps experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or equivalent in CS/AI/Data Science or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in the relevant field.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate business needs into robust AI solutions.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an AI Transformation Specialist to drive the infusion of AI into core business processes across our Cloud division. This role will identify opportunities for AI-driven efficiency, design and implement solutions, and showcase successful use cases internally and externally. The position is pivotal in strengthening our credibility as an AI-first organization and demonstrating the tangible benefits of AI in real-world workflows.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Business Units and corporate functions to analyze workflows and identify AI adoption opportunities.
• Define measurable targets for AI infusion and create implementation roadmaps.
• Work closely with technical teams to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled processes.
• Monitor and ensure success of AI-infused workflows; capture lessons learned and best practices. 5. Communicate success stories internally and externally to reinforce our leadership in AI and Cloud innovation.
• Act as a practitioner by creating pilots and scaling solutions for production environments.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• Strong understanding of AI technologies, tools, and platforms.
• Hands-on experience in designing and implementing AI solutions.
• Proficiency in AI development frameworks and ability to build scalable pilots.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate business needs into technical solutions.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in AI solution design and deployment within enterprise environments.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and MLOps practices.
• Demonstrated ability to lead AI adoption initiatives that deliver measurable efficiency gains.
• Experience in AI development within Edtech, LMS, Assessments a big plus.
