Lead REST APIs, microservices, LLM integrations, RAG, and vector databases; drive AI/ML pipelines on AWS, Azure or GCP; mentor engineers, set coding standards, and collaborate with product owners to deliver scalable, secure AI solutions.

Qualificações

• 10–15 years of software development experience with leadership exposure.
• Hands-on AI/ML production experience, including generative AI.
• Strong Python, API development, and cloud-native architecture knowledge.

Proven experience in technical leadership, solution architecture, and enterprise application delivery. Hands-on experience building and deploying production-grade AI/ML or Generative AI applications. Strong understanding of software engineering principles, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architectures. Must-Have SkillsPython: Advanced Python programming, OOP, asynchronous programming, error handling, and performance optimization. AI/ML: Machine learning fundamentals, model integration, inference pipelines, and AI application development. Generative AI & LLMs: LLM integration, prompt engineering, embeddings, RAG, and LLM evaluation. AI Frameworks: Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or equivalent. API Development: REST APIs, FastAPI or Flask, microservices, and API integrations. Databases: Strong SQL and experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
