CEEW in New Delhi seeks an AI Integration Intern to support the digital transformation of administrative operations. You will work with the Admin Office team to identify inefficiencies and implement AI-powered workflows that enhance productivity and accuracy.

The role focuses on automating tasks such as data entry, documentation, reporting, scheduling, and vendor tracking, while creating dashboards and SOPs. A proactive candidate with CS/IT/AI background is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/AI/Data Science or related fields.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business processes into efficient workflows.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Study existing administrative processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies.
  • Identify tasks that can be automated using AI and digital tools.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows for administrative functions (documentation, data entry, reporting).
  • Create dashboards, trackers, and process-monitoring systems to improve visibility.
  • Develop SOPs and user guides for new automated systems.
  • Train staff in using AI-enabled tools and workflows.
  • Monitor effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance.

We are looking for aproactive and tech-savvy AI Integration Intern to support the digitaltransformation of our administrative operations. The intern will work closelywith the Admin Office team to understand day-to-day functions, identifyinefficiencies, and implement AI-powered tools and automated workflows thatimprove productivity, accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role is idealfor someone passionate about AI tools, process optimization, automation, andbusiness operations. Supporting AI-driven projects and technicalresearch. We are open to a shorter engagement for this role depending on thecandidate's project scope.

Job duties and accountabilities

Primary responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Study and understand the existing administrative processes,workflows, and operational challenges within the Admin Office.
  • Identify repetitive, manual, and time-consuming tasks thatcan be automated using AI and digital tools.
  • Design, develop, and implement automated workflows foradministrative functions such as:
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Data entry and record management
  • Email drafting and communication workflows
  • Scheduling and meeting coordination
  • Vendor and inventory tracking
  • HR/admin support processes
  • File organization and approval workflows
  • Research and evaluate AI tools, no-code/low-code platforms,and automation software suitable for office operations.
  • Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and softwarewherever feasible.
  • Create dashboards, trackers, and process-monitoring systemsto improve visibility and efficiency.
  • Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and user guidesfor newly implemented automated systems.
  • Train and support administrative staff in adopting AI-enabledtools and workflows.
  • Monitor the effectiveness of implemented solutions andcontinuously recommend improvements.
  • Ensure data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance whileimplementing automation processes.
  • Collaborate with different departments to identify additionalopportunities for operational efficiency.
  • Assist in creating internal knowledge bases and AI-assisteddocumentation systems.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI tools, workplace automationtrends, and productivity technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/InformationTechnology/AI/Data Science/or related fields
  • Knowledge of AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand business processes and translate them intoefficient workflows.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with no-code/low-code automation tools.
  • Understanding of databases, spreadsheets, and reportingtools.
  • Experience creating dashboards or process maps.
  • Familiarity with workflow management systems.
