Job summary

Aelius Consultants Delhi seeks an experienced cybersecurity leader to guide client engagements in risk, governance, and AI governance. You will drive policy design, risk assessment, and oversight across AI initiatives, working with senior stakeholders.

The role emphasizes clear communication, workshops, and live demos, with a focus on securing AI/ML environments and ensuring compliance with global standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk, or governance.
• Strong fundamentals in cybersecurity (network/app security, risk frameworks, compliance).
• Proven experience with AI governance frameworks (policy design, risk assessment, model oversight).
• Understanding AI-based cybersecurity for AI/ML systems, threat detection, and monitoring.
• Excellent client handling and executive communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills for live demos, workshops, and briefings.
• Familiarity with NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, EU AI Act or equivalent.

• 10+ years of overall experience, with substantial exposure to Cybersecurity, Risk, or Governance roles.
• Strong fundamentals in Cybersecurity (network security, application security, risk frameworks, compliance standards).
• Proven experience with AI Governance frameworks and practices (policy design, risk assessment, model oversight).
• Solid understanding of AI-based Cybersecurity - securing AI/ML systems and leveraging AI for threat detection, monitoring, and response.
• Excellent client handling skills - able to manage relationships, expectations, and executive-level conversations.
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical topics.
• Strong demonstration/presentation skills - comfortable running live demos, workshops, and stakeholder briefings.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as NIST AI RMF, ISO/IEC 42001, GDPR, EU AI Act, or equivalent.
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field.
