Job summary

Larsen & Toubro (L&T) seeks a senior AI security governance leader to define and drive security policies across the enterprise. The role focuses on mitigating Shadow AI risks, leading model security testing, and implementing guardrails for deployed AI systems in hybrid cloud environments.

The candidate should have hands-on experience with AI risk management, governance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration to enable secure enterprise AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Requires strong knowledge of AI/ML security and governance.

• Familiarity with ISO 42001, GDPR, EU AI Act.
• Hands-on red teaming and model security testing desirable.

Role & responsibilities

• Define and drive AI security governance, policies, and regulatory compliance frameworks across the organization


• Monitor and mitigate risks related to Shadow AI usage and unauthorized AI adoption


• Lead AI model security testing, red teaming, and adversarial attack simulations


• Implement AI runtime security controls and guardrails to protect deployed AI systems


• Ensure secure design and operation of AI agents and autonomous systems across enterprise environments

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong expertise in AI/ML security, LLM risks (prompt injection, data leakage, adversarial attacks), and securing end-to-end AI lifecycle


• In-depth knowledge of AI governance, risk management, and regulatory frameworks (ISO 42001, GDPR, EU AI Act), Mitre Atlas


• Hands-on experience in AI Red Teaming, model security testing, and adversarial attack simulations


• Proficiency in AI runtime security, monitoring, and API/agent security controls across cloud environments


• Excellent stakeholder management, policy definition, and cross‑functional collaboration skills for enterprise AI adoption
