Mudita in Mumbai is seeking an AI Generalist (AI Automation & Growth Associate) to join our Goregaon West office and drive hands-on AI initiatives across operations, marketing, and content. You will build AI-powered automations, manage workflows, and develop data-driven solutions to accelerate growth.

You’ll work at the intersection of AI, business, and education technology, applying modern AI tools to improve productivity, content creation, lead management, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of ChatGPT and modern AI tools.
• Experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or n8n.
• Excellent internet research skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Excel, and productivity tools.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
