Job summary

PwC Acceleration Centers is seeking an AI/GenAI Engineer to design and deploy GenAI applications, AI agents, and backend services. The role emphasizes integration with ServiceNow workflows, cloud-native architectures, and scalable APIs.

The candidate will work with LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP, OpenAI Agents SDK, and other toolchains to deliver enterprise AI solutions at scale across platforms. A strong emphasis on automation and cloud CI/CD practices is expected.

Qualifications

• Agentic AI & LLMs expertise including LangChain, LlamaIndex, MCP, OpenAI Agents SDK, CrewAI and AutoGen.
• ServiceNow automation experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Now Assist and REST API Integrations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy GenAI and Agentic AI solutions.
• Build scalable Python-based APIs and microservices.
