Job summary

Peoplefy Infosolutions is seeking an experienced AI Fullstack Engineer in Pune to design and deploy production-grade AI solutions. You will lead multi-agent workflows, implement RAG-based platforms, and drive end-to-end AI lifecycles from architecture to monitoring.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in software and strong hands-on with LangChain, LangGraph, Kubernetes, and cloud-native AI deployments. This is an on-site Pune role focusing on enterprise-grade AI systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience.
• Strong background in AI/ML/DL/NLP and LLM production deployments.
• Experience designing scalable AI-driven platforms and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and build scalable AI-driven solutions from requirements through production.
• Develop multi-step and multi-agent workflows using LangGraph and related frameworks.
• Build reusable AI platforms with RAG, vector search, and model routing.
• Lead LLM evaluation, security, and responsible AI practices.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle: architecture, development, CI/CD, deployment and monitoring.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions.

• Agentic AI – LangChain, LangGraph & Multi-Agent Workflows
• RAG – Embeddings, Vector Search, Re-ranking & Azure AI Search
