Centena Group is hiring an AI-First SEO Executive to lead automation-driven SEO initiatives from Kerala, India. The role focuses on engineering AI workflows, prompts, scripts, and pipelines that scale SEO tasks beyond manual approaches.

You will bridge AI capabilities with SEO growth, balancing core SEO fundamentals with advanced automation, data analytics, and iterative testing of tools and workflows.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience operating at the intersection of digital marketing, automation, and modern SEO workflows.
• Hands-on experience using LLM APIs, prompt engineering frameworks, and AI workflows to scale marketing outputs.
• Experience connecting systems via webhooks, APIs, and automation platforms (Zapier, n8n) or writing custom scripts.

Responsibilities

• Design, test, and maintain structured prompt architecture (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) for SEO tasks.
• Build and deploy no-code/low-code pipelines to automate repetitive tasks (crawl monitoring, ranking alerts, new page publication updates).
• Build custom GPTs, internal agents, and API-driven tools to automate content auditing and E-E-A-T checks.
• Research how AI search engines crawl, cite, and retrieve information to improve brand visibility.
• Test and integrate high-performing AI marketing tools into the stack.
• Define technical and content SEO priorities for AI systems to execute against.
• Oversee AI-generated outputs for accuracy, brand alignment, and search intent.
• Track organic growth with GSC, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio.
• Define pillar/cluster frameworks that automated workflows will build out and maintain.

We are hiring an AI-First SEO Executive. A forward-thinking role where AI automation and workflow design take center stage, while traditional SEO acts as the underlying domain where those systems are deployed.

In this role, your primary identity is an automation builder and AI leverage practitioner. You won't spend your days doing manual keyword research, line-by-line meta writing, or routine audits. Instead, your job is to engineer the AI workflows, LLM prompts, scripts, and automated pipelines that handle SEO tasks at 10x speed and scale. You will bridge the gap between AI capabilities and search growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Systems & Workflow Automation (~65%)

• Prompt Engineering & Pipeline Design: Design, test, and maintain structured prompt architecture (using OpenAI API, Gemini API, Claude) for complex SEO tasks like keyword research, SEO Reporting, bulk meta content creation, automated brief creation, and internal linking strategies.
• Workflow Automation: Build and deploy no-code/low-code pipelines (via Zapier, n8n, or Python/Google Apps Script) to automate repetitive tasks - such as automated crawl monitoring, ranking anomaly alerts, and new page publication updates.
• LLM & Custom Tool Deployment: Build custom GPTs, internal agents, and API-driven tools to automate content auditing, E-E-A-T checks, and competitor gap analysis.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO/SGE): Research, experiment with, and adapt to how AI search engines (Perplexity, ChatGPT Search, Google SGE/AI Overviews) crawl, cite, and retrieve information to ensure brand visibility across next-gen search interfaces.
• AI Tool Stack Evaluation: Continuously test emerging AI marketing tools, APIs, and frameworks to evaluate ROI and integrate high-performing tools into the department's tech stack.

2. SEO & Execution (~35%)

• Strategic SEO Oversight: Define technical and content SEO priorities (Core Web Vitals, site architecture, structured data) for AI systems to execute against.
• Quality Assurance & AI Content Auditing: Oversee and refine AI-generated outputs to guarantee technical accuracy, brand alignment, search intent match, and human-like natural language flow.
• Data & Performance Analytics: Use Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio to track the actual organic growth impact of your automated systems.
• Topic Cluster Architecture: Define high-level pillar/cluster frameworks that automated workflows will build out and maintain.

Qualifications & Requirements
