Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AI-First Frontend Developer with 8+ years of hands-on frontend development experience and strong expertise in Angular and React.

The ideal candidate should have strong coding fundamentals, experience with Git/GitHub, code merging and code review, and the ability to handle and guide a frontend development team.

A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience using AI tools in software development is mandatory. The candidate should be comfortable using AI tools to accelerate coding, debugging, optimization, documentation, and development workflows while ensuring the final code remains clean, scalable, secure, and production-ready.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-performance, responsive web applications using Angular and React.js.
• Write clean, reusable, scalable, and production-ready frontend code.
• Lead and guide frontend developers and effectively manage day-to-day technical activities.
• Review developers' code and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage Git/GitHub workflows, including branching, pull requests, code reviews, merging, and conflict resolution.
• Handle and perform code merges across development branches and ensure smooth integration.
• Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver complete features.
• Convert UI/UX designs into responsive and production-ready frontend applications.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize frontend applications for performance and scalability.
• Use AI tools to accelerate development, debugging, refactoring, documentation, and repetitive coding activities.
• Evaluate and review AI-generated code before integrating it into production.
• Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency through AI-assisted workflows.
• Ensure technical quality, maintainability, security, and performance of frontend applications.
• Take ownership of frontend deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned projects/features.
• Support the team in resolving complex technical issues and provide technical guidance when required.
