Job summary

Digile is seeking an experienced AI Engineering leader in Hyderabad to drive Generative AI and ML projects from conception to production. You will mentor teams, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and deliver scalable AI solutions with robust software engineering practices.

The role requires hands-on Python expertise and proficiency in ML frameworks, cloud platforms, containers, and MLOps tools. You will shape system design and guide best practices across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field
• 8+ years in software/AI engineering, with at least 2-3 years in a technical leadership role
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
• Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude

Responsibilities

• Proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects in production environments
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI, Machine learning, and data science principles
