Job summary

HealthRecon Connect invites an AI Engineer or Senior AI Engineer to join our RCM-focused automation team. You will build AI-powered applications with strong software engineering practices, designing workflows that leverage LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and model APIs.

The role requires 3–5+ years in Java/Spring Boot and distributed systems, plus hands-on experience with AI security and RAG pipelines. Hybrid work is offered with on-site requirements as project needs dictate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience with Java/Spring Boot and distributed systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, prompt design, embeddings, vector search, and model APIs.
• Experience with at least one: OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, Spring AI, or LangChain4j.
• Knowledge of AI security, prompt injection prevention, output validation, caching, latency optimization, and fallbacks.

Responsibilities
