Job summary

HealthRecon Connect is seeking a Tech Lead – Full Stack & Backend to join HRC Labs, focusing on Revenue Cycle Management automation and AI-enabled workflows. You will ship production-ready Java/Spring Boot capabilities to meet milestones for client deliveries.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of Java/Spring Boot experience, strong distributed-systems fundamentals (REST/gRPC), and hands-on work with LLMs and RAG/agentic AI flows, including SDKs like OpenAI Agents or LangChain4j.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• 6+ years of experience with Java/Spring Boot and REST/gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and building RAG/agentic AI workflows.
• Experience with at least one: OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, Spring AI, or LangChain4j.
• Build automated tests and contribute to CI/CD and production-readiness practices.

Shift Window:

03:00 PM – 12:00 AM SLST (Straddle Shift)

Important: HealthRecon Connect currently operates under a hybrid work arrangement, with the number of remote workdays varying by team. However, depending on client deliverables and business needs, employees may be required to work on-site for all five weekdays.

Responsibilities:

• Production Delivery – Ship production-ready Java/Spring Boot and LLM/agentic capabilities on committed milestones.
• AI Quality – Meet evaluation thresholds for task success, retrieval/grounding quality, and regression across releases.
• Reliability & Performance – Meet availability, error-rate, and latency SLOs, with proper fallbacks, timeouts, step budgets, and loop detection.
• Engineering Excellence – Maintain standards for automated testing, observability, CI/CD, security, and reusable agent/platform components.

Qualifications/Criteria:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with Java/ Spring Boot, distributed-systems fundamentals: REST/gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and building RAG/agentic AI workflows — including retrieval, tool/function calling, orchestration, context management, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
• Experience with at least one: OpenAI Agents SDK, Claude Agent SDK, LangGraph, Spring AI, or LangChain4j.
• Build automated tests (unit, integration, API, end-to-end) and contribute to CI/CD and production-readiness practices.
