Your designation will be AI Engineer, and in this capacity, your primary role will focus on training and mentoring responsibilities within our academy. This will include conducting technical sessions, guiding students in AI Engineering and Agentic AI projects, preparing and updating learning materials, and supporting their overall technical growth. From time to time, you may also be involved in development or research-based assignments that support and enrich the training process. This role is designed to combine your developer skill set with the responsibility of shaping and guiding future professionals, allowing you to grow as both a practitioner and a mentor.

Employee to work for the company for a minimum period ie, 1 year and 6 months including training

First 4 months training period - The candidate is required to attend the initial four months of training at Kochi office . The training period will be salaried.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct technical training sessions on AI Engineering, Generative AI, LLMs and Multimodal Agentic AI.

2. Develop and implement Agentic AI-based projects, mini projects and capstone projects for students.

3. Design and develop assignments, practical exercises and project-based learning activities.

4. Guide and mentor students in developing AI Agents, RAG applications, LLM applications and AI automation solutions.

5. Assist in curriculum development, course planning and continuous improvement based on current AI industry trends.

6. Prepare and update training materials, technical documentation and learning resources.

7. Conduct technical assessments, project evaluations and practical demonstrations.

8. Mentor students on industry-relevant tools and technologies such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI API, Gemini, Hugging Face, FastAPI and Docker.

9. Support students in developing industry-oriented AI projects and provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

10.Stay updated with the latest developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI and AI Engineering and incorporate relevant technologies into the training program.

Qualifications

Educational Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA / MSc in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, Electronics or a related field.
• Relevant industry experience in AI/ML, Generative AI, AI Engineering or Software Development will be preferred.
• Freshers with strong hands‑on project experience in AI Engineering and Agentic AI are encouraged to apply.
