Job summary

Rixroent is seeking a software engineer to join our AI core team, delivering end‑to‑end LLM applications from prototyping to production. You will design retrieval pipelines, tool‑using agents, and memory systems, while ensuring observability and cost efficiency.

You will collaborate across the stack to expose models via clean APIs, and you will ship features with a bias to speed and quality. Strong Python skills and cloud/CI experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with LLM apps shipped to real users.
• Comfort with cloud, containers and CI — you can deploy what you build.
• A bias to ship and the judgement to know when something is good enough.

About The Role

You will work directly with the founders on the AI core that powers both client engagements and our own products. This is hands‑on, end‑to‑end engineering: from prototyping a pipeline to running it in production with the evals and guardrails to keep it honest.
