Job summary

MyCareernet is seeking a senior AI engineering professional to design and deploy AI agents that reason over enterprise data and automate complex business workflows.

You will collaborate with data engineers to ensure outputs are grounded in governed data, build reliable interfaces, and advance RAG, prompt design, and multi-agent orchestration across large-scale data environments.

Qualifications

• 11–13 years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on AI engineering.
• Strong hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, large language models, and AI agents.
• Experience building agentic applications and interfaces that connect language models with enterprise data and tools.

• Establish engineering practices for developing, evaluating, and maintaining production-grade agentic applications.

Skills Required:

• 11-13 years of professional software engineering experience, including hands‑on AI engineering experience.


• Strong hands‑on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation, prompt engineering, large language models, and AI agents.


• Experience building agentic applications and interfaces that connect language models with enterprise data and tools.


• Ability to design scalable AI engineering solutions for complex data platform environments.


• Practical understanding of prompt design, tool or function calling, and agent interaction patterns.

Good to Have:

• Experience with ETL or data pipelines.


• Hands‑on experience with AWS.
