Job summary

Techila is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to design, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions that power real-world product features. You will work from Pune, hybrid mode, and collaborate closely with Salesforce experts.

Immediate joiners preferred, with 3–8 years of experience in AI/ML domains. Responsibilities include deploying scalable AI models on cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) using Docker & Kubernetes, and advancing generative AI capabilities and multi-agent systems.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of AI engineering experience with ML/DL skills.
• Strong Python proficiency and ML framework experience.
• Experience with deployment of AI/ML models and MLOps.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Knowledge of generative AI, LLMs, and multi-agent systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and optimize AI/ML solutions powering product features.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate AI into systems.
• Evaluate models, monitor performance, and iterate improvements.
