Techilaservices in Bengaluru is seeking a Java full-stack developer with 6–9 years of experience to join a Salesforce-focused team. You will develop and modernize HRIS features within a multi-tenant cloud SaaS, working across Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, and CoreHR.

The role requires strong Java/Spring backend and Angular frontend skills, with SQL/RDBMS familiarity. You will operate in a distributed Agile setup and use AI tools like GitHub Copilot and Claude Code to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Develop new features and modernize existing features in HRIS products (Payroll, Benefits, Time & Attendance, CoreHR).
• Full-Stack development on a multi-tenant cloud SaaS in HR domain.
• Collaborate in a distributed Agile team.
• Strong backend with Java/Spring and frontend with Angular required.
• Familiarity with at least one RDBMS and SQL; Oracle/PLSQL preferred but not mandatory.
