Job summary

Nouryon in Mumbai, India, seeks an AI Engineer to design and deploy Generative AI solutions that power our AI-driven organization. You will collaborate with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable AI applications using OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Python, and .NET.

You will mentor teammates, conduct workshops, and help drive AI adoption across the company while maintaining and improving deployed solutions.

Qualifications

• Generative AI design and implementation experience.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Copilot technologies.
• Proficiency in Python and .NET.
• Knowledge of Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain.
• Cloud-based solution architecture and integration.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an AI Engineer who can design, develop, and implement AI-driven solutions that support Nouryon's vision of becoming an AI-powered organization. This role will collaborate with business and technology teams to drive innovation, enhance business processes, and deliver scalable AI solutions using modern AI, cloud, and software development technologies.

In your future role as AI Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions using technologies such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Python, and .NET.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Develop and implement Generative AI use cases that improve business efficiency, decision-making, and user experience.
• Conduct live demonstrations, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions to promote AI adoption across the organization.
• Maintain, monitor, and optimize deployed AI applications to ensure performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI applications, integrations, and supporting technologies.
• Create solution designs, architecture diagrams, and technical documentation for AI initiatives.
• Support DevOps teams during solution refinement and implementation activities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members and project stakeholders.

• Strong hands-on experience in designing and implementing Generative AI solutions.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Studio, Microsoft Copilot technologies, and AI application development.
• Proficiency in Python and .NET development frameworks.
• Knowledge of modern AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Experience with cloud-based solution architecture and application integration.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Understanding of data analytics, data modelling, and AI solution lifecycle management.
• Experience working with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience with AI frameworks such as Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, Azure AI Studio, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.
• Knowledge of solution architecture, platform integration, and cloud-based application development.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications in Azure Development, Azure Architecture, .NET Development, or related technologies are preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience conducting technical demonstrations, workshops, and stakeholder presentations.
• Professional proficiency in English.
