Job summary

Treelife in Mumbai's BKC is seeking an AI Enabler to join the Founders Office. No coding required; you’ll bridge Treelife’s strategic priorities with AI workflows and tools to improve operations.

You’ll own deployment of no-code/low-code AI solutions, build prompt libraries and templates, track adoption metrics, and support founders with briefing notes and strategic insights. 2–4 years in startups or consulting, MBA preferred, hands-on AI experience essential.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in consulting, strategy, operations or a business-facing role at a start-up
• MBA from a reputed institution preferred
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in a business context
• Experience in operations and working closely with founders
• Structured thinker with strong written communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders
• Familiarity with Make, Zapier, Notion AI, Claude, ChatGPT, or Airtable is a strong plus

Responsibilities

• Execute no-code/low-code AI workflows and deployments

• Coordinate with external vendors for custom AI builds and rollout communication
• Track AI adoption metrics and report to leadership
• Iterate deployed workflows based on user feedback and fix bottlenecks

Position: AI Enabler - Implementation & Business Transformation

ABOUT THE ROLE

A high-ownership role embedded in the Founders Office. You will be the bridge between Treelife's strategic priorities and the AI tools and workflows that bring them to life. No coding required - this is a business role for someone deeply fluent in how AI tools work and how to deploy them to solve real operational problems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execution and Deployment (No-Code / Low-Code)

• Implement AI workflows using tools such as Make, Zapier, Notion AI, Claude, and ChatGPT
• Build prompt libraries, SOPs, and AI-assisted templates for use across practice teams
• Coordinate with external vendors for custom builds; own timelines and rollout communication

Optimisation and Delivery Excellence

• Track AI adoption metrics - time saved, error reduction, and output quality - and report to leadership
• Iterate on deployed workflows based on user feedback; identify and fix bottlenecks in client delivery
• Maintain documentation, training decks, and user guides for all deployed AI tools

Founders Office Support

• Prepare briefing notes, research, and decision-support materials for the founders
• Monitor the AI and startup ecosystem; surface relevant tools, partnerships, or competitive insights
• Support cross-functional strategic initiatives driven out of the Founders Office

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2 to 4 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or a business-facing role at a start-ups
• Finance or business graduate; MBA from a reputed institution preferred
• Hands-on experience implementing AI tools in a business context - not theoretical familiarity
• Experience in operations and working closely with founders
• Structured thinker with strong written communication and ability to present to senior stakeholders
• High ownership mentality; comfortable working directly with founders
• Familiarity with tools such as Make, Zapier, Notion, Claude, ChatGPT, or Airtable is a strong plus
