NorthStar HR Consultants in Pune, India invites a senior AI Architect to build a category-defining platform from India. As founding India team member you will own architecture, mentor engineers, and work directly with the founders to shape the roadmap and scale the core AI platform.

You will lead telemetry, LLM reasoning, and multi-agent systems; strong hands-on coding and shipping high-scale systems are essential.

Our client is building the industry’s first Unified AI Agent Observability + Trust Platform — used by CISOs, AI leaders, and Fortune-500 teams deploying copilots, chatbots, autonomous agents, and enterprise LLM applications.

They address one of the most urgent challenges in modern AI – How do you monitor, govern, and trust AI agents that now make decisions across the enterprise?

We are building our core India engineering hub — starting with a Senior Technical Lead who will own architecture, lead the team, and work directly with executive leadership.

What You Will Lead

• Architecture, design, and development of ChatSee’s core systems:
• agent telemetry + observability engine
• LLM reasoning, eval layers, and agent-behavior models
• Lead and mentor a high-caliber engineering team across Python, LLMs, front-end, and DevOps.
• Collaborate directly with executive leadership on roadmap, platform evolution, and scaling decisions.

• You do not need to know all pieces — but you must love solving hard, ambiguous, high-scale engineering problems and you must be ready to be hands on with coding.
