Job summary

Digital Links Inc. is seeking an AI Engineer with hands-on experience building AI agents, LLM applications, and RAG solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and AWS AI services. You will design and deploy scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions with robust observability and security.

The role focuses on integrating AI capabilities across platforms like Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, and REST APIs, while leveraging GenAI services such as Bedrock and Claude.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Generative AI / AI Engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing AI assistants or AI agents.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL, REST APIs.
• Experience with AI platforms Bedrock and Claude, and RAG-based solutions.
• Familiar with Microsoft Copilot Studio / Power Platform and enterprise integrations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent workflows using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Build enterprise AI assistants, RAG-based knowledge solutions, and intelligent automation.
• Develop integrations using Power Automate, Dataverse, SharePoint, Teams, REST APIs, and enterprise connectors.
• Build GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, Claude, Knowledge Bases, Lambda, Step Functions, S3, and API Gateway.
• Implement prompt engineering, tool calling, memory, guardrails, evaluation, and AI observability.
• Develop APIs/backend services supporting AI applications.
• Deploy secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI solutions.
