Job summary

StatusNeo is seeking a seasoned software/cloud engineer in India to build GenAI/LLM applications with hands-on Python and FastAPI work, and to implement end-to-end RAG pipelines.

You will deploy AI workloads on AKS, provision using Terraform, and set up CI/CD with GitHub Actions, while ensuring security, observability, and enterprise integration using Azure tools.

Job description

• 5+ years of software/cloud engineering experience, with recent hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications.
• Strong programming expertise in Python and API development using FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience building production-grade RAG applications, including document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, grounding, and response generation.
• Practical experience with LangGraph or CrewAI for agent orchestration, tool calling, workflow/state management, and multi-agent use cases.
• Experience integrating LLM applications with enterprise systems using MCP or equivalent tool/context integration patterns.
• Strong understanding of vector search, embeddings, semantic retrieval, and knowledge graphs.
• Hands-on experience with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Search.
• Strong Kubernetes experience, preferably deploying AI workloads on AKS.
• Experience provisioning cloud infrastructure through Terraform.
• Experience implementing automated CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• Experience implementing production observability for LLM/agent applications using LangSmith, OpenTelemetry, and/or Azure Monitor.
• Strong understanding of enterprise security practices including secrets management, identity/access controls, and Azure Key Vault.
